1. Grilled Corn on the Cob with Parmesan and Garlic
Serves: 4
- 4 corn ears
- 2 tbs. butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ c. shaved parmesan
- ½ tbs. chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat your Traeger to 450 F. for 15 minutes.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Peel back husks, keeping them intact. Rub/brush the corn cob with the butter mixture (save half for later).
- Close husks, place on grill, and cook for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally.
- Pull off husks, drizzle with remaining butter, finally add cheese and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
2. Red Potato Grilled Lollipops
Serves: 2
- 4 large red bliss potatoes, halved
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tbs. Olive oil
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- 3 wooden skewers, soaked in water
- ¼ c. parmesan, grated
Directions:
- Preheat your Traeger at 450 F. for 15 minutes.
- Wash then cut the potatoes in half, longways. Poke all pieces with a fork.
- Toss potatoes with oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Microwave 4 minutes, toss, microwave 3 minutes.
- Dry skewers. Skewer potatoes. Brush with oil.
- Place skewered potatoes on Traeger, cut sides down (4-7 minutes)
- Flip potatoes over (skin side) (7-10) minutes.
- Carefully remove them from the grill. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
3. Grilled Honey Glazed Pineapple
Serves: 4
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- ½ c. brown sugar
- 1 pineapple
- 1 honey
Directions:
- Preheat your Traeger to 500 F. for 15 minutes.
- Cut off all pineapple edges.
- In a medium bowl mix cinnamon and sugar. Coat pineapple in sugar mixture.
- Drizzle the honey on top and coat well.
- Place pineapple on the grill. Rotate it occasionally for 30 minutes.
- Cut in slices, serve, and enjoy!
